My name is Paul Karl Schmidt III. I’m 38 years old, going on 39, and I’ve been in the world of sales and networking since I was 23 years old. Over the years, sales hasn’t just been something I do—it’s become a passion and a way of life.
I’ve worked across different industries, from beauty products to insurance, and each experience helped shape how I connect with people, build trust, and understand what truly motivates someone to take action. Early on, a close friend who introduced me to sales shared a quote with me that has stayed with me ever since: “There is no better time like the present.” That mindset taught me the value of initiative, confidence, and showing up when opportunity knocks.
Another quote that has deeply influenced my life came from my mother: “If you do not try, you will never know.” Those words pushed me to step outside of fear, take chances, and believe in my ability to create something meaningful—not just for myself, but for others as well.
Today, I’m proud to be working with an incredible team at MATUS Real Estate, where I dedicate my talents, experience, and network to serving my clients. My focus is on ensuring that sellers get their properties sold at the best possible value, while also guiding buyers toward smart, well-negotiated deals that truly make sense for them.
I work with both sellers and buyers, and I treat every transaction with care, strategy, and integrity. For me, real estate is not just about closing deals—it’s about relationships, trust, and delivering results people can feel confident about long after the paperwork is signed.
